Carlson Cattle has been in operation since 1967. Allen and Mary Carlson bought their first registered Hereford cattle from Keith Vance of Peru, Indiana and Ted Hunt, Hunt Brothers, Battle Ground, Indiana. In 1985, Joe and Deb Carlson purchased a neighboring farm and moved the cattle operation to its' present location.
